We got Lyric rolling over for the first time on video :)

3 month pictures

We just got our 3 month pictures back and boy is time flying!! Lyric will be 4 months old this next week :)

Akilah and Lyric have such a cool relationship. She seriously likes to sleep the whole time she is around me but with daddy she is wide awake all day. It seems like she doesn't want to miss a minute with him! We decided to do these pictures to honor dad... but I think we will do them over again when she is able to sit on her own so we don't have anymore face plants haha

I asked Akilah what outfit he wanted her in for her pictures and he said anything Jordan.. so there you go :) You'll notice in a lot of the pictures her hands are in her mouth! They are ALWAYS in her mouth. She is such a slobber bomber (took the nickname from her dad since that is what he was called when he was a baby)!

This blanket is one of my favorites and Lyric loves to pull at all the different pieces on it! One of my best friends gave it to me as a present and her mom made it!

These next few are my favorites. She loves to sit in her bumbo for only a couple minutes at a time.. but this day she was just loving it :)

Lyric SOOOOO has her daddy's eyebrows :) I love the little crease right between them!

She is always chewing on something.. we think she is "pearling" which means that her little teeth are going up and down, but not breaking skin yet thankfully. Anything she can chew on she will; dad's hands, mom's sweaty, post-workout shoulders, her fingers, Danika's legs, her shirts, toys, etc...

Hangin with her best friend LaJae.. I think I already mentioned this, but LaJae's mommy (one of my best friends who took these photos) is about to have a baby. So having LaJae around Lyric is really good big sister practice for Jae and Jae is so wonderful with Lyric.

 Isn't she beautiful!

In this picture LaJae was saying "it's ok baby" to Lyric over and over :)

Lyric LaShawn Lacey

This little buggar is getting so big! She can almost roll over, loves being outside, has gone boating, loves to sleep in her swing, is sleeping through the night and then eating and going back to sleep until about 10 am, has a cool bond with her daddy, can sit up by herself for a couple of seconds, and is sucking her thumb!

We have tried to keep her thumb out of her mouth but she is not having it.. she puts it in all the time and is so loud when she is sucking on it :) we are constantly pulling it out and she is constantly popping it back it!

THIS BABY LOVES TO BE READ TO AND SHE LOVES TO WATCH ESPN

 Here is Lyric and her best buddy LaJae.. LaJae is so good with Lyric and Lyric is always so content when LaJae is around. LaJae loves to play and share with Lyric and LaJae is currently practicing being a good big sister because her little sister is almost here :)
